I acquired a set of MOABs for my 04 Liberty and they should be there about Mid-Week next week. From the pictures I have seen of them they have quite a few scratches and rock rash on them, nothing horrible. I was thinking about painting them once I get them. My question is, if I paint the wheels are the edges going to chip off when they mount the tires on them?

Thanks,

-Ryan

P.S. I kinda wanted to paint them on friday and have them mounted on saturday, but idk if I should let them have more drying time.

Good prep work and good paint, and a decent amount of curing time will do wonders for that. Wheels are right down there where all the abuse happens, so give them several coats of good quality wheel paint and let it dry several days.
