i have the same tires on my stockers. they work great and are good for turfin and some soft dirt action. very quiet on the road also. but yes i should of went wider also.

All- Just wanted to give a little review of these tires.. I have them on my CJ5 and a couple buddies have them on their vehicles so I figured I would give it a shot. Back in May I got a good deal on them for my CJ at $110 a piece for the 265/75/15 and he got me $109/per for the 245/70/16 (465 out the door) after quoting me $144/per ($610 OTD)! All I had to do was show him the receipt from the other tires. The only problem is that he broke two of my TPMS sensors, so I have to go buy them and have him put them on. About 50 bucks a pop from what I have found. I wish I would have gone wider... not sure if I can, but they don't rub at full lock pulling up my driveway. Driving to work today was a good test, it was raining... it was weird not having to use 4x4 to accelerate from a stop light. Good traction and 50K mileage warranty... Now all I need is an alignment and I will be all set! If anyone is looking at these tires and wants a copy of the receipt for price matching purposes, let me know. -Sean |

Best place to buy? Do you have a Les Schwab? I don't really like mine after a year and a half. They are much better than the OEM's for durability but they were not good in the snow and ice, not even as good and the OEM's. |

I wished I could have gotten mine that cheap. I run 285/75/16's, they were $185 per tire. Luckily I got a good deal on a set with chrome rims for $700 shipped to the door. So far I've really liked them, one of the better tires I've had in a bigger size. Doubt mine will last 50k though, the fronts feather on the edge, even with an alignment and 3k rotation. |

That's not good to hear. I'm debating between the Toyo A/T and the Michelin LTX A/T2. I'm mainly needing a good tire to tow my travel trailer with but yet something that will let me off-road and air down. I've read that the TOYO is great for highway, towing, and off-road. And I've read reviews that the Michelins are good on the highway, towing, off-road, and snow and ice. But the price difference is ponderous.
