Well I cracked the chrome off one of the lug nuts... using just my 4-way. I would like to get some real lug nuts I don't have to worry about. Where is a good place to buy quality lugs and what thread pattern is the libby? Also, I hope to get new rim in a few months. probably the Cragar's, unless I find a 16x7 aluminum black d ring wheel I like. Will I need to get new lugs for the steelies, or are they the same? |

Any place that sells 1/2-20 conical lugnuts is a good place to get lugnuts, they will be the same for OEM and steels rims.

I've found the best way to stop the chrome cracking off lug nuts is to use a peice of cloth over the spanner. It only needs to be thin cloth to prevent metal on chrome. |
