My question is,"If I want to run a little bigger of a tire (245/75) after I get my frankenlift put on, what's the difference if I just get 1.5" wheel spacers for 100 bucks as opposed to buying new rims?" |

First a good set of spacers are more than 100 bucks, Spidertrax are 200 Second with spacers you have 40 lug nuts instead of 20 to worry about |

and you can get the Cragar steel rims for $55 each which wouldnt cost much more than wheel spacers and if you get them in black they look really good on KJs |

55 bucks sounds like a deal. Where would you recommend getting them from? |

They charge like $11.xx for "handling", but that's still awesome. Looks like I'm gonna get them from there. I'm still debating on tire size. I definitely want a little wider of a tire but I don't want to go too tall and my engine have no balls. Of course then again I want a little taller than stock so: A) It doesn't look stupid with my lift, and B) It'll be that much better off road. Well I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too. I'll have to decide what I want to sacrifice. |

Well after enough reading and wiki-ing, I've decided that a 265/70's on cragar soft 8's with a frankenlift should suit my needs with little compromise. |

Trailman, at least you don't live in Ohio and have to pay sales tax in addition to that handling;) Seriously, though, bright red KJs look AWESOME with black steelies. Wish I thought the same of Patriot Blue KJs |
