Looks like the new sizes of the BF Goodrich T/A KM2's are now available:

Or, link directly to the 245/75:

http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direc ... ruck%2FSUV

At $219 for a 245/75-16, they sure are not cheap!!

I have heard some people complaining about their lack of performance, as well.

The 245/70/R17 are $186 for those of us that have the 17" stock wheel.

I have heard 1 person complain, tons of others that love them. If Interco ever gets around to releasing a full line of Irok NDs I am going to have to decide between them and these sweet BFGs. If not I am without a doubt getting the KM2s.

I just read some reviews and 100% of the buyers said they would buy them again. The only complaint that that was reported (repeatedly) was that the tires are noisy. A few people said the tires worked well on their trucks that towed. They all said the tires were great for snow, rain, sand, and mud. These will be my off-road tires of choice for my stock rims. I will run a more A/T tire on my Moabs when I'm not pulling my travel trailer.

Has anyone noticed that they make a 245/75---yes/75R17
Lil x-tra height never hurt anyone.
Didn't see it in the list above,But Diggerfreak had a different list with them in there.

Anyone's thoughts on this size?

Ijust bought these tires a couple of days ago. they look great, but are a bit noisy especially in the 35 -40 mph range..... these are with 245/70/17's ... now I just took a test drive in my co-workers Toyota fj with month old 285/70/17's and I was absolutely shocked at how quiet his ride was compared to mine.... Almost no noise....

Do KJ's have substandard sound-proofing?

I have always felt the KJs were loud from the factory. I have always had a ton of wind noise. Always bothered me too.

could be a few things
#1 the KJ is loud
#2 psi in his or your tires
#3 he has more side wall to absorb some of the noise
#4 his may be more broken in than yours
#5 you could have an alignment issue

or
Turn up the stereo and be happy you are ridding on some cool looking rubber

What I found interesting is that all the popular sizes for the KJ are out of stock in all three of the national warehouses?!

The 31x10.5x15 on the other hand is currently in stock. Fwiw, this is the size I am going with once I am lifted.

That is good news cause that is what I run too, but I am still hoping to get another 20,000 out of my Trxus so I am sure things will change by then.

So, are you comparing the stock KJ tires to the Trxus or am I misunderstanding your post? :?

What kind of mileage do you currently have on your Trxus, Mike?

Almost 10,000. I'll be happy with 30,000 total miles if I can get it. By then I'll want new tires so bad I'll probably get new ones even if I don't need em.

No, I'm just saying that I have a long ways to go before I will be buying new tires. I want to suck as much life out of my factory tires as possible before swapping to off-road tires.

Good luck trying to get 30,000 from the Trxus,I'm at about 18,000 miles and there about done, down to about 6/32" of tread depth left and I'm pretty sure 2 of mine have broken belts also.Thank god they only have to hold up for just a little while longer.
