I am soon about to paint my rims and keep my center caps and nuts "chrome". I am wondering if it would be better to paint the center caps chrome or just buy a new set? Old ones have a bit of wear and tear.

If I where to buy new ones where could I purchase them to? Same goes for a good set of wheel nuts? Thanks
