Thanks, 0311_DoC, for the reply. I checked the full list of Cragar but I didn't see 4.5" BS anywhere. I would go for the 5" BS because I only need .5" of extra BS but this only comes on 8" wheels. I think 8" wheels won't be a good choice for the soft-sand drive a I do here in the Middle East with a lot of dune crests. I think it will be very easy for my tire to pop-out of the rim on hard turns especially with less than 8 psi.

You could get 15x7 with 4.5 BS in the Cragars. THose 15's witll fit our KJs.
