| Post subject: | Tires that will fit your factory 17” rims without spacers |
The purpose of this thread is to list a few of the A/T tires that will work with your factory 17” rims. There aren’t a lot of us who have the 17“ rims, however the question does pop-up from time to time. There were probably at least another 8-10 tires that I found and would fit into this category, however I did not include them for various reasons (I excluded Load E range tires, tires that didn’t have much off-road traction, and some brands that I felt were mediocre). Anyway, here is my preference list. TOYO Open Country A/T 235/75R17 (30.9 on a 6.5 width) Firestone Destination A/T 235/75R17 Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 235/75R17 Goodyear SilentArmor 235/75R17 Maxxis AT-771 Bravo Series 235/80R17 (31.8 on a 6.5 width) (3,085 Load Max) If you are running a 2.5” lift, all these tires (except the Maxxis) should fit without any major rubbing issues. The Maxxis may have a few more rubbing issues depending on your lift and how much trimming you have done. Please feel free to add more to this list. |
