Just rotated my tires and took this tire off the drivers side front. seems the back side of each lug is wearing a lot more than the rest of the tire. all the other tires are fine. I will be watching now that I rotated to see if the new tire in the same spot has the problem or if it is tire related???

lack of rotation.

No wonder you think they're so noisy!

The stock (on a TJ) GSA Wranglers did that after lots and lots of miles (76,000) even though they'd been rotated religiously. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it reflects a directional wear, right?
It does add to the noise.

My fronts wore the same way, got an alignment done and it was off, the tires are balanced and were rotatated regulary.

I will be watching them on the rear to see what happens with them in the rear and the ones in the front.

Hell 42 psi?

ThunderbirdJunkie runs 36 rear/38 front and the centers are worn more than the outer edges...
