OK, I am going to start saving up for some better tires then what are on my Jeep right now. I can't afford a lift until next year and may not get the tires until then as well but I wanted to get some ideas of pricing so I can have a goal to save towards. I drive the Jeep a lot on the road to work so mileage and driveability on the highway is a big thing but the Goodyear tires that came with the car are horrible offroad. I wanted to see if anyone had some suggestions on some really good all terrain or light duty offroad tires that they have experience with or could recommend. I am trying to keep cost down but understand you get what you pay for.

Thanks.

The Firestone Destination ATs I'm running have great on-road manners and pretty decent off-road. They do good in the rain and snow, but I see you are in Texas, so you probably don't see much of the white stuff. 8)

Check www.treadwright.com , they are retreads...but if you are educated in the history of retreads you won't be scared to put them on your Liberty. The amount you save in tires will pay for your OME lift...

I don't know where you live the Yokohama Geolander A/T-S are very popular around here for snow/mud/highway driving.
