We may be buying a Wrangler and for now I may want to move the MT/R's to that until I can get it lifted and 33's under it. So I will need to do something different under the KJ. I wanted to go BFG AT KO's but the only size in 17 that is close to the MT/R's is the 265/65/17. I figured if I need to buy tires I might as well reuse the factory rims and get the TPMS back in operation. The KJ may end up being my wifes DD so I am not too worried about the durability of the rims off road. Pics would be nice too if you have the set up I am looking at. I seem to remember an Aussie having something similar. |

I dont think that would work unless if you have wheel spacers bc your going to be running about a 10.7" width and being that there is 5" BS on the regular OEM wheels you will have rubbing on your A-arms in the front Ill sell you my 245/65/17 Destination AT's |

I've already got 245/65/17's but they look tiny now that I am OME HD lifted. I want something to replace the MOABs with MT/R's that are currently on it, that will fill the wheel well in a similar fashion but on the stock 6 spoke rims. Probably going to have to find a 245/70/17 in some form or fashion. added a question: will 15 inch rims off a TJ fit on an 05 Limited KJ? |

TJ wheels will not fit unless you use a spacer |

thats what i was thinking. no biggie. If the LJ project comes through then the MOABs will probably go there until I can take it up to some 33's. I will just get something a hair bigger for 17 factory rims. 245/70-17 something or another. Destination AT's probably. |
