I know, I know... I just put the 31x10.50 R15 Michelin LTX M/S on my KJ back in March. But craigslist forced me to upgrade again. Someone wanted to trade their 32x11.50 R15 BFG All Terrain TA KO's for some 31's. He was taking his lift off his Toyota truck to get better MPG and the 32's rubbed. So I traded him even my 31's with 3/16" tread left for his 32's with 3/8" tread left. All it cost me was mounting and balancing. WooHoo!

And just for everyone's info, I have the Daystar lift plus a 3/8" top strut spacer plus 3/8" clevis lift. Running Cragar Black D's, 15x7 with 4" BS. I have trimmed my front bumper and my fender liners, pounded the pinch weld, then re-trimmed the fenders by another 1/2" or so for the 32's to not rub. I have flexed it out and no problem rubbing or trying to rip off the fenders since I have the proper bumpstops in place.

So that makes 4 different tires in less than a year. I think I may have a problem... 8)

October 2008: replaced stock 225/75 R16 Goodyear Wrangler ST with 235/75 R15 Treadwright All Terrains
March 2009: replaced 235/75 R15 Treadwright All Terrains with 31x10.50x15 Michelin LTX M/S
July 2009: replaced 31x10.50x15 Michelin LTX M/S with 32x11.50 R15 BF Goodrich All Terrain TA KO's

What do y'all think?

I think you're the first one to run that size. I think you're only problem is that you can't go any bigger. Unless............

Well - because it's a 2wd.

I still think you could carefully stack 2 lifts (put on OTT on top of the Daystar strut you have) and get a 5" lift
- you'd have to custom make some bump stops to keep the struts alive, and the rear would suddenly need attention that only the SFA guys have had to deal with but it would give you a 5" lift prerunner.

It looks great as is by the way
the 32/11.5 is impressive.

Definately looks good. My 31x10.5's still rub the pinch weld at full turn :? . What does your pinch weld look like?... And how exactly did you trim all of the fender lining?

Maybe I just need to hammer it down more. I didn't replace the pinch weld with the plastic that was originally covering it, but it looks like you didn't either. I just spray painted it when it was all said and done. Might be time to bring out the BFH again.

Yep. That is all I did. I just beat the snot out of it and got it as flat as I could. Then just sprayed it with rattle-can bed-liner.

I thought that I was bad since I have had 5 sets of different sizes/brands on mine in 125,000 miles , never wore a set out yet, get tired of them and sell them!

Nope. Why do you ask? That should not matter for tire size change... :?:

I was just wondering if you were able to mount Cragars on a KJ with TPMS.
