 Post subject: new tire size now how to fix the spedo

ok i got my 31" on is it posible to ajust the spedo im only 4% off and i use my gps but if posible i would like to fix my speedo

if you can find the right dealership - their computer can talk to your computer -(I think the Body computer - not sure)
and do a pinion reset with the correct revolutions / mile for the new tires (the manufacturer lists it)


I've tried a couple of dealerships and they say they can't do it - but other people have had it done - for anywhere from free to a 1/2 hour labor charge.

they attempted to today some of the jk guys have this little computer thing can i get that for my kj its like $200 and will help you with a lot of stuff even impove gass milsage

when i put on my 32's they corrected my speedo haha.. it is perfect with my GPS untill about 60 and over then it is off 1-2 mph
