Ok, looking at two different tires for my stock 05 kj sport. One is the Kumho Road Venture MT the other is Hankook Dynapro MT... I want a aggressive looking tire and want something that will hold its own off road, but honestly I'm on the pavement majority of the time. Oh and I'm not trying to break the bank. Any help is very much appreciated. |

I hated the Kumho tires I had.. they suck in water as far as like raining on the highway, and suck really bad in mud.. I had the A/T's.. now a really good tire if you're on the highway most of the time but like going off road some times is the FIRESTONE DESTINATION A/T's I run 245/70/16's on mine and it's a 2WD I made it down a road that would usually require 4WD but this time I made it no problem with these tires! I love em! had em for 12K miles and they still look brand new! |

mmmI liked the Kumho KL78s I had, great all around tire for the money, ran them through one winter and even did some trails with them and no problems at all, ran them about 25,000 miles and still had way over half tread when I sold them! Firestone Destination ATs the same way great lower priced tire, but was real bad in mud, great on rain, snow |

i have been running the Hankook MT RT 03 for over a year now and they have been wearing well, i have been pleasently surprised how well they handle wet tarmac , the grip is amazing for a mud tyre, |

Id have to throw in the General Grabber AT2 for the best bang for buck tire. I have them on my Liberty and they are awesome. They have been great through mud, water, sand and steep hill climbs. |

How much did you pay per tire if you don't mind telling? I was looking at the General Grabbers for my Libby. Tire rack has them for around $99 a tire but I haven't called around my local places yet. |
