How much of a clevis lift? What is a top plate?

3/8" clevis... you can use 3 conduit nuts...

top plate... Boiler makes a top plate that goes between the top of the strut and the metal in the fender well... adding clearance

An ARB only helps in the front area where a lot hit at.
Trimming depends a lot on the type and brand of tire, what wheels and backspacing etc.
For example a 265-75-16 can vary between 31.5 to 32 inches tall. Some tread patterns with extra large lugs can make the tire width quite wide. So hard to really say yes this will or will not fit without extra trimming or something else.
Also bumpstops can play a huge roll in if it hits or not and where
I do know that mine at 22.25 ( old lift hit the washer bottle cover on the ARB) when I went to 23 plus no more rubbing

Then FINALLY getting my 4.10s installed so will get back some power and fuel mileage
