Well brown stinkies, I have had mine mounted and on that way for over 4000 miles with out any issues, What type of problems could be seen for mounting them backwards???
They are all sitting in a storage unit till I get back from Kuwait, hopefully I remember to get them checked when I get back in Aug.
Thanks for the heads up.

Thank you for contacting our website.
I apologize for the inconvenience that you have encountered.
The Wrangler MT/R has an asymmetrical tread design. Asymmetrical tread is
designed to improve handling and reduce noise. These tires can rotate in
either direction with the correct side facing out as indicated on the
sidewall. Mounting the tires with the wrong side facing out will not damage
the tires; they however will not perform in the way they should.

So it appears thee is no damage done by running them black letters out as we did. I do not like the white letters out and will fix that today with a black marker or sandpaper or.... The white must go.
Being in Kuwait I must assume you're military and I never miss an opportunity to say that the mission you do is appreciated by those back home. Thanks and be careful.
