Post subject:  Removing scratches from wheels
While wheeling this past weekend, we got into some pea gravel along the lake and also got into some fairly deep mud. The new Rene wheels I just put on this Summer are scratched all to he11. :oops:

I wonder if there is any way to at least buff out the lighter scratches? These OEM Rene wheels are clearcoated, right? So a light rubbing compound might take some of the scratching out?
