Ok i have been reading and searching all over this forum and the internet for about a month now,and just cant get some sort of straight answer. So since it about time to be making the purchase figured it would be a good time to make a post, and if it has been talk about or gone over before my sincerest apologies. But this is what i got
Now i have 245/70 on the stock renny wheels, with a 2.5" lift
I want to go with 265/70 and get Cragar soft 8 16x7 w/ 4" bs
Now does anyone have this set up or know of anyone, and perhaps what kind of issue they or you might have had
Or would i be better off staying with the stock rims or are 265/70 be to big for the stock rims as far as rubbing issues
The main reason for wanting to switch rims to is later on down the road i would be redoing my lift over to a franky style instead of my daystar and a little bit for looks too.
Cause i figured if i end up staying with the stock rims, i would then go with 245/75 cause the 245/70 on my stock rims before i was lifted i had little to no rubbing at all
Basically i what would you do if you were in my predicament
, any info or advise would be much appreciated
. After they were spaced out, naturally it hit the pinch weld and the fog light door. pounded pinch and a cut out foglight door later, only VERY slight rubbing when the suspension is under articulation(or compressed for ifs?).
