I just came back from checking out Rusty's 2.5" lift kit on some back roads. It works great, I did have some small problems with the instal.Rusty's kits are made well, but they were powder coated, witch made the mounting holes several thousants smaller. This is not a huge problem but it will require you to do some clearance of the holes. I spent extra for Rusty's longer shocks. The problem there was that the new shock bushing ring is a larger dia. than the stock one, so the new shocks make some rattling noise due to the difference in diameter. My new MT/R’S will be put on this week. I went with 245/75/16. Thanks for all the info on my 05 renegade. I will post some photos in a few weeks. |
