I have had a RRO Wilderness Rack (
http://www.rocky-road.com/kjrack.html) and replaced it with a Boiler rack (
viewtopic.php?f=34&t=47811). Here's my pros and cons:
The Wilderness rack came with easy shipping, easy to put together and fairly easy to install. It will last you well IF you don't put much weight on it... And I mean NOT much! The problem is it clamps to your factory roof rails, and they don't do well for supporting loads. If you get one of these, I HIGHLY recommend you fabricate a sturdier mounting system. Even then, remember you are still using the factory PLASTIC roof rails. The only design advantage is having a basket design with side-rails all around.
After the loaded Wilderness Rack ripped off the top of my Jeep, taking the roof rails with it, I decided to order a Boiler rack. The Boiler rack REPLACES your factory roof rails... 8 bolts (I had the opportunity to do a much sturdier mounting system using heavier hardware because all but two of the nutzerts in the roof were yanked out when the rack went bye-bye) is all it takes and it fits perfectly, everything you need. The Boiler rack is ONE piece, it comes in the box completely welded, nothing to put together.
The clamp-on light tabs for the Wilderness Rack cost $24 a piece and you have to run the wiring on the outside of the rack. Chip (Boiler) will weld as many light tabs on as you want, exactly where you want them for $5 each. He will also pre-drill the tubing to run all your wiring inside the rack and down the driver's front mounting point, ALL INSIDE, hidden and protected.
The base Boiler roof rack also starts $100 dollars less. I'm not getting anything from this testimonial, but I would have definitely bought the Boiler rack from the beginning if I had known, but hindsight's 20/20.
Here's a pic of my Boiler Roof Rack:
