Hi, everyone, I have 15K on ours and it will get 21.7 MPG road driving with cruise on and drops to 17-18 around town. I try keep it down, but most of that is doing 65-70 MPH.

I gotten 16.7mpg with 90% city driving. I did get a high of 20.1 all highway at 70mph. Haven't really seen a drop since the full skid plates or tire upgrade.

I went on a trip mostly highway 70% highway 30 % rural and got 19 MPG on fillup check. On the highway my gas mileage checked in at over 20.5 mpg. Don't know how on this reading is, but that wasn't bad. Kept the RPM's at about 2000 revs, which is about 65 or 64 mph. Much better than around town at 16.5 to 16.8.

I thought everyone said the new ones were suppose to be a lot better mileage wise? Doesn't appear to be any better than the good old original Libertys.
At 75 plus MPH and all the extra weight I have in and on mine I get 20 easy

I guess no use in trading is there

Just returned from a week-end trip to Chicago.....400 miles roundtrip. I have 3000 miles on my Jeep now. Did about 65-70MPH on the freeway. Have an automatic, and I got 20.5MPG. Was hoping for a little better than that. But I'm happy   because I love my Jeep!!!! Had the skyslider opened for part of that, so that probably shaved a little MPG off, but it was such a beautiful day. Never did much better than that with the Element I used to have, so I'm kind of used to the MPG I'm getting now. Still wouldn't trade my Jeep for anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
