Judging from the description, that sounds more like a bra than a renegade style hood decal:

I'm not actually that impressed with the hood decal myself. Not knocking it, it's just not my style.

Now, if we are talking vinyl overlays, I'd much rather go with a 3m Carbon Fiber Di-Noc wrap on all the plastic surfaces, the bumpers, and the wheel well flanges.

Now THAT would look AWESOME!
