I just removed myself from the list after hearing a 15 year old kid go on about running 33" tires with zero lift or regear and having zero issues with it lol

There was a girl yesterday who asked if there was a 3 inch body lift she could put on her kj lol

I just joined it's a kj thing to see what the hype was and that was literally the first post I saw lol!

Yeah the entire group is pretty much pro spacer lifts and RRO supporters and are mostly anti JBA and Al's. It started as comedy but just turned cringe pretty hard so I left.

Most of them believe a properly built rig sits on 33's with no regear, has a spacer lift, with the front fenders removed.

33s with no lift? The front fenders are removed by the first bump they hit. I'm sure they don't bother turning either.

That's more of a beater than a rig. You see tons of old XJs being built like that here. Always kids...

Some of the stuff on there is pure comedy gold but some other things that go on in there are downright dangerous or uber hackjobs

I was added and I saw the whole no lift and 33s with no problem. It was some kid. He never responded when called out on it.... Then their reasons for not regearing, uhm what?! "Just turn off OD, you'll be fine" Pretty much saying just let the Jeep hunt for gears and make sure you downshift before hills.... :5SHOTS:

That kid doesn't have 33s he must be rounding up big time. Several KJs I've seen barely fit 32s with no lift and have rubbing issues. I've seen a pic of his KJ and I'd bet he's got at most 31s

I want to see pics of a KJ with 32s and no lift
I have plenty of pics with 245-70s and no lift and rubbing
245-75-16s maybe ( with rubbing of course) but never 32s

Theres a guy on KJ Country who posted a thread the other day. He said he had 32s and no lift.. I have no idea if there is a way to tell if the tires are really 32s from a picture.

Edit* Actually maybe i should have read carefully. http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/f200/265-75 ... rub-55770/

He did have to do a few mods, and does have a clevis lift.

Doesn't look like 33s to me. I'd say 32s. Looks like JK rims and similar sized tires.

If the picture was a higher res you could just zoom in and read the tire size right off the side wall :seuss:
