2 completely different company's making the KJ's and KK's t-cases so the parts will not interchange and since the KK is the only one using those t-cases I highly doubt either TerraFlex or Currie will even bother since the KK is doomed anyways in a few years.
This is true, but sort of isn't at the same time. Wee bit of clarification
New Process Gear and New Venture Gear (After partnership with GM, Same company, different name) makes the transfer cases for all of these models. A while back, Magna Powertrain bought New Venture Gear. So all of the models got new part numbers.
The NV Numbers are:
Command-Trac II - NV253
Selec-Trac II - NV256
