Those some expensive a $ $ rims.

For the price of the cheapest set I got 10 ION alloy rims(5 15x8 and 5 16x10) with valve stems and lugnuts(both which went in the trash) for the same price shipped.

Granted the rims I really want cost $469 each and I'd have to step up to 17" tires so a total cost of about $4600 for 5 tires and wheels, but functional for offroad and the only true DOT complainant beadlock rims.

There is the problem, there are no alloy rims that are 16 x 7 for the most part other than the stock ones...there are a couple steel rims this size. This is why most end up with 16 x 8 if they have decent looking after market rims. I have been in the same boat for a while and I have a lift. Might end up trying to plastidip the stock rims. I already plastidipped most the chrome emblems on my KK with no issues, just been scared or lazy to try something big like wheels...

So basically dont bother unless you put a lift on it, then you can get the 16 x 8 rims and some bigger tires.

Plastidipped rims are great!
Did mine a few years ago and never looked back.

There you go! Finally did it! Used 5-6 coats of flat black plastidip and 4-5 coats of the metalizer plastidip. I
absolutely love the results. It was really easy to do and it would be easy to re-do it if I want/have to.
Thanks everyone for the tips and all the help!
