Are those orange or yellow fog lights?

Those are the led amber light. It looks nice at night but its not noticeable in day time.

I am sure they do...But they are not bright at all...It's only for show...I have HID low bean, so I don't really need the fog light. So I change to the amber color bulb.

Had a buddy of mine put my lug nuts on while I wasn't paying attention. He used the biggest ratchet I've ever seen and I didn't realize how tight he put it on there. In my attempt to get it off I stripped the lug nut.....here's the only picture I have right now of the socket I was using...

Image

Also, the Jeep acquired a new dent out of frustration from the oil filter and lug nut...not too proud of that one.

Go to harbor freight and get some impact sockets. For $2 each they aren't bad and I have yet to break one.

Those are Craftsmen impact bolt-out sockets. Also have a lifetime warranty.

Installed JBA UCA's with 3.5" lift and the swanky new BFG's

Was a little concerned after installing the lift that I had serious positive camber issues. But when I took it to get the alignment, the mechanic said it was no big deal, fixed it, made necessary changes to the computer and proceeded to tell me how great it all looked :D

...A big thank you to Tommudd for advising against spacer lift! When I pulled out the right front shock, it was pretty much pooched. I have slight rub at full lock where the pinch welds are in the front wheel flares, and will get that sorted next weekend.

I couldn't wait to take it out in the mud. It's been raining here for weeks. Besides, too many "clean" KK photos here anyhow.

I haven't really had it back on the road long enough to know for sure.

Definitely took a little sap in the power/acceleration department, but I guess I signed up for that. The crud and mud I was going through with absolutely no issues was well worth the trade! My ears are still sore from grinning, ...and my co-pilot probably has some underwear to clean.

Will do for sure. Just need to let my bank account recover a little first.

Any input on that matter would be great. Doing the lift on the street with a floor jack and jack stands was interesting.

How important is it if I'm driving probably about 80% our more on the highway/city?

I was thinking more in regards to tanking my differential, and whatever other mechanical the bigger wheels will have an adverse effect on.

Will there be much strain on other parts if I'm not wheeling hard? ...not sure I can do that, but it's worth a try.lol

If I had my way, rock-sliders and under-armour would be next projects. But so far I'm wondering if a Hypertech programmer would be the cheapest route to gaining back a decent amount of power?

Regear will help get the engine back into its sweet spot when you're running down the road
