The Revtek is not an "OTT" style lift. It gets most all its height from an internal spacer. A real "OTT" lift would just add a huge spacer outside the strut. The internal spacer will increase the spring rate (at rest) by compressing the stock spring so your ride will be firmer (not a bad thing). You will lose a bit of travel since the spring is already "preloaded" by the internal spacer.

Like mentioned earlier tho...a true replacement spring that delivers the lift and increases the spring rate would be best.
