Removed the side steps and reinstalled
I did this to seal the plastic ends of them... they fall off VERY easily....

16 inches of ground clearance wow...

Stock is 7.8 and 8.1 I think. I know that is close.

So you have added 8 inches of clearance....

I think you can get more with differant tires... But that is very nice.
I am jealous...

Well clearance should be measured from the lowest point under the Jeep which is usually the Differential which will be alot lower than the rocker panel

That is 16 inches at my rock rail.... no the diff.

The only to gain clearance at your diffs is to get bigger tires

Changed the oil for the first time with this jeep.
Man was that oil filter on there tight!

Side clearance at my rock rails (stock) is 12" front
12 1/2 rear. This measurent does depend on the tires obviously
and mine are the limited stock 235/65/17

can't wait to put a lift and bigger tires on mine too

wow thats a lot considering you got stock tires. I have 18.5'' front and rear but my rockrails are at least 1'' higher than yours on the frame and I got 33's  hows the handling so far? you must have some pretty steep rear control arm angles. how about the driveshaft angles. I think even the 4door jk start having driveshaft issues above 4'' lift. cant wait to see what jba will come up with on the front to match this

Handling  It feels like a drag car right now.... Just waiting on JBA to finish the fronts for me. The rear control arms are up a bit and the drive shaft angle isn't bad, but not like stock. I'll give it a few, but I have a feeling I will have to get a high angle DS one of these days... Hope fully I can get a 6 inch lifted coil over in up front

Wow - that looks like a blast SkinIce69...

Where in crowsnest was this? was this a "legal" trail? The only two places I know to wheel at in Alberta are McLean Creek, and Waiparous/Ghost. I've heard about a place near red-deer, and know there's another near Edmonton.... but never heard Crowsnest before....
