| Post subject: | Anyone know who manufactures Sport Utility Bars for Mopar? |
I am interested in getting them for my 2008 KK. Are they Yakima, Thule or some other manufacuturer? If anyone has them, how do either the Yakima or Thule kayak accessories fit the Mopar Bars? Thanks! |

I got the Yakima low rider mounts with 48 inch cross bars. I will be carrying skii, canoes, kayaks, bikes and other rooftop stuff. I have the rack system set up for the Jeep as well as for the RAV 4. If i were to set it up for the Jeep only, i would go with a slightly longer cross bar so as to carry more toys at the same time, but the 48 are fine. I have been using Yakima since buying my 98 Jeep Cherokee and only have the highest things to say about quality. This system I can install or remove or reconfigure in just a couple of minites. |
