My kk does great in the snow and ice. I am running the BFG TA KO's ...the only draw back is you will drop about 2 to 3 miles per gallon because it is a heaver tire

Excellent! I got the Goodyear Off Road OWL tires from the factory and the jeep handles BETTER than my GC everdid!

It does well, I have the basic Wranger STs on mine. The ESP is really the saving grace for the OK tires.

We don't get snow here where I live, but we do get it in the mountains just to the east of us.

However, we just went through the rain storms from hell here over the last 2 days. I've been here for 27 years, and I've never seen rain and wind like this.
San Francisco had winds of 85 mph. I drove up hwy 99 to Modesto yesterday during extremely heavy rain and winds, and I was really impressed with the way
the KK handled. I didn't notice any wind buffeting at all. Other than the wipers having a hard time keeping up with the rain, the trip wasn't bad at all.

I recently went to PA, Cook Forest to spend some time at my friends cabin back in Dec. 16-21, 2007, there was 2ft. of snow on many of the trail roads, never a problem, even on ice in 4low did exceptionally well, but I have Bridgestone Dueler Revo's too, GY HP's are terrible all season tires for that stuff.
