2. put it in a photo site like www.photobucket.com

3. Upload the image to the forums in your profile area down at the bottom of the page.

since we are on the subject, how do u reduce the quality to make it smaller.I got a pic of my kj to 150 x150 but the image is still 22kb

Not sure, maybe try cropping the image some and then raising the size to 150x150 again.

I also noticed most of the images are a little bit over the size, just don't go crazy.
