Annoyingly, my North Edition KK is only equipped with a compact spare tire. What I would like to do is replace the compact tire with a full size one and return the original spare when the lease expires... unless of course I decide to buy her out and unleash the mods. My (embarrassingly uneducated) question is: can the spare rim be used so that all I have to do is swap the tire? Or do I need another rim? Thanks.

You will need a new rim also.

Thanks - will I be able to store a full-size tire in the same space? (Not at home to take a look right now). I would think it should be OK, since the other models with full size spare use the same chassis right?
