Post subject:  So, who wants KK products? :D

As I am starting to get caught up on my backlog of orders, I am going to be designing up products for the KK. Figured I might as well do it while I am working on KJ product designs as well.

Had Diggerfreek down here yesterday to tear his jeep apart a little, which I really appreciate his help by the way. Anyways, I took about ten minutes to take a few measurements, and looks like I have all the info I need to do the sliders. In a few weeks I will have a prototype set made up and ready to test fit on his KK. If it works, then I can mark those off the list of things to do. When he comes back in a few weeks for the sliders, I will also be test fitting the Gecko Basket Rack. Once that is out of the way, it will take care of the basket rack, sport rack, and HD rail design, so cross a few more off the list.

While he was here, I had a KJ Frankenlift Premium II kit sitting around that a friend of mine ordered and allowed me to use for test fitting on the KK. The test fit worked out great and I was able to figure out what little areas needed to be addressed for that kit to work on a KK, so I will be working with All J in getting the Frankenlifts ready for you KK guys in the real near future.

Just thought I would let you guys in on what I had going on, since the KK is about as neglected as the KJ was in the beginning.

awesome, great to have some A.M. for the KK.

Did you happen to snap a peak shot of the KK with the franky on it? I bet it looked pretty sweet.

Just close ups at the suspension parts for notes, but we weren't able to wheel it out of the garage with everything assembled. Kit is close to a perfect fit, but not quite.

A lift with extended rear control arms to keep the wheel centered in the wheel well, is that possible?

I need to test your KK when we go to Harlan, KY to see if I really want one

So what if it comes back with a few bangs and bruises;)

This is great news for all of us that have the modification bug, but not much to choose from. Great to hear that manufactures are working hard for us Kk owners. :D
