They Fit Pretty tight don't think there is much room for articulation, however they do not rub what so ever while driving even at full lock to lock. Pics to follow later. GREAT SUCCESS !! |

What brand did you go with? I am getting ready to buy some Firestone Destinations. I was going to go with 245/70 16. What did you do for your spare? It looks tight under there with the factory hitch. |

GREAT SUCCESS !! pretty tight....not much room for articulation ????Then why do you want them on there? confused as to why , or is it just a mall crawler?? not trying to be a smart a** just doesn't make any sense to me to run a tire that limits where you can go, watch the speed bumps |

I picked up tires on the cheap and wanted to see if they would fit on a stock vehicle just for poops and giggles. I was going to add a lift first but being that I got 5 mtr's for less then the cost of a new lift, i bought them first. I'll post pix later. I think you think its worse then it really is. |

First off KKJim, Pics or it didn't happen. Second off I have a lifted KJ with some of the most agressive AT tires out there, General Grabber AT2s 245/75 and I have rubbing. Trust me you will rub, give it a month and you'll start to see warn spots on the inner wheel well and some of the cheap plastic rivets will be missing as your tires will have ripped them out unless you purchased racing slicks bathed in KY Jelly. BTW did you buy only 4 of them because id like to know how well the 5th one fits underneath, should be fun removing a 40lb tire from under a mud stuck KK out in the wild, as you said you don't have a mall crawler. |

First off whats with your attitude, second I'm not driving a KJ i'm driving a KK. Different vehicles act differently to the same upgrades. By the way I am not using a AT tire I'm using a MT tire so your comparing apples to oranges, and yes you are correct your tire will rub because the fellow that I purchased these MTR'S from switched to the tire your using and he is also having rubbing issues. Don't know what to tell you there. As you can see in the pics provided there is a lot more clearance then one would have thought in the wheel well of the KK especially for being a none lifted Jeep. And no I bought five MTR'S Unfortunately only four of them are on the vehicle right now this is only until I can find a full wheel as a spare because Jeep in all there infinite wisdom thought it was a good idea to put a smaller width spare on the KK. I also agree that the location is crap, but until I make a rear bumper with a swing a way then I guess i'll just have to deal with letting the 40 pound spare down to the ground and picking it up off the muddy ground, o well that's life. |

Wow they really fill in the wheel well nice. The only rubbing that i could see happening is from behind the front tires... Also, how much clearance do you have at the tie rod and the uca? Thanks for the great pictures!! |
