Here is my KK looks like with the siderail kit. I replaced the plain, flat rails that came on my KK with SkySlider with the roof rack rails off a Sport Model. It was an easy install. Cleaning the old adhesive off was the biggest hasle. Very happy with the results. As you can see by the photos I have replaced most of the chrome trim that came with the Limited with black. The only thing left to do is get some new rims.

Did you try putting cross bars over the CLOSED sky slider? I am curious if there is enough clearance. |

Well this is an old post but..... has there been any update on the cross-bars? I've got a sky slider - and would like to do the same thing, to put a ski rack up top... any idea is the cross members fit over a closed sky slider (yes, I know, you cannot open it until you take the cross bar off). Thanks BrendonR |

I have not installed the cross bars but it looks like they would fit fine. Just don't try and open the skyslider. It would be nice if you could pull a fuse on it while you had the cross bars on just in case. |

Any chance you could take some close ups of the side rails and the skyslider? I want to see the height of the rails vs. the roof. |
