Looking at getting new tires for my '08. I'd like to get something great in snow and some light off road. Should I get some steelies and swap back to stock when I'm just onroad? I have the 17" rims. Jon |

well you have a few options, if you do like i did, I bought some BFG TA KO'S with some nice rims for off road, then i got rid of the crap years and i bought Michelin LTX M/S for driving the rest of the time. I get back 1 to 4 mpg when running the michelin's vs the bfg's...

What do you think the biggest size is that one could put on those stock rims? |

I think 245/75/16 would be really tight with out a lift... |

A 245/70 is only .3" larger in overall diameter, when compared to the stock ones we all got. So.... YES, it will fit underneath. Keeping in mind you will have to get another matching wheel like the other 4. |

Thats what I have on my KK,245/70.I think its a perfect size for the KK.If you do lift kits,i'm sure you can go bigger, but for stock I think 245/70 is best. |
