I have the water leak problem (http://gravediggerfreek.googlepages.com ... f70900.pdf) When I bought the jeep used it had been addressed on one side and not the other. Before I could take it in to have looked at both sides were leaking. The dealer had it Tuesday and gave it back saying they fixed it. Now today it's raining and things are still leaking. Did they even check it with a hose when they finished? It appears like the headliner has some water staining now. Would you ask them to replace it also? I just hope they can get it fixed without a bunch a clear sealant all over. What's the rule with a lemon law regarding how many time they have to fix the same problem? |

They should not only fix the problem but replace any items damaged by the leak. The rules for lemon laws are different from state to state so be sure to check how it's writen for the state you live in. In Nebraska its something like 4 times for the same thing within 3 months or if it has been in the shop for 3 months without them being able to fix it. |
