Post subject:  Front Strut Bearing Plate

:?: Is the top bearing plate a one piece unit or two? Are the bearings pressed in or can they be replaced without changing the plate?

The reason I ask is...I was changing my shocks the other night and when I was working on the front driver side the bottom inner rubber portion of the top strut plate fell out. This didn't happen when I worked on the other side nor when I worked on it the first time when I put the lift in. Is the side that fell out broken?

 Just calling it by the name NAPA shows
I'm not so much worried about the name but if it is one piece or two...
that may account for the odd noise I am hearing

You don't have bearing plates, then again you don't have struts either they just get lumped into the strut category.Your "strut assembly"(AKA coilover) does not turn at all when you turn the wheels so no need for bearing.Just slip the rubber isolater back on when you re-install the coil.
