i think all of our rear brakes do that, mine usually does it after it sits awhile or after it rains and dries |

I have seen 4 threads like this. Most owner say washing the wheel and spraying lots of water on the brakes fixes this. basicaly break dust is staying in unwanted location and needs to be forced out. I have not see it yet, but we have 900 miles on our 2008. We drive it very little right now. If you try this and it stays the same. Try this if you like to do work. Remove the pads and clean them with a bit od sand paper to remove the top layer of pad. like ruffing up surface for painting. Also clean the surfaces the pads ride on and lube what is needed. Or take it back to the dealer for a warranty brake job. See if they have updated pads. |
