Hi everyone! Im going to make this short: My new mod is a very VERY simple (yet effective) alarm... I bought it so that my KK would be protected with a shock sensor... its quite loud, and the install could not have been any simpler... you just plug in your positive and negative battery posts and voila! it comes with two remotes for arming and disarming and a sensitivity level to adjust the shock sensor. here's the link: http://www.quadratec.com/products/15002_00.htm and here are the pics:
And regarding my new issue: There's a clip on the bottom of the drivers side seat that keeps falling out of place: here are the pics:
Has anyone experienced something similar? Im thinking that I should put some hot glue and attach... any ideas? thanks! |

Well if the clip will not stay on and car is out of warranty or you do not want the dealer to screw it up more, then glue would work. or heat up the plastic and close the gap more, to make a tighter fit. Or use a string to keep it in place. Run the string through the piece and tie it off. or drill a few holes in it and attach a few springs to hold it in place. |
