So if you read my other thread, you know that I dropped off my KK for an oil change. My brother is out of town so im using HIS kk (mine has 5888 miles on the clock and his odometer reads 1992 miles) Both KK's were special ordered and they practically are twins (same options, same transfer case etc etc...) the thing is: I noticed that my brothers kk drives smoother than mine: His steering wheel can be moved effortlessly while my steering wheel requires a little more effort to move. Im not saying that its hard to steer, im saying that his is smoother to steer.... what do you guys think? should I point this out to my dealer? thanks! |

It is worth asking them to check thing over. Give them a list of the issues. Check is Tire PSI, cold and hot. See what it is compaired to yours. Do you both still have the same wheel, tires, lifts, and what not. |

We had an issue with a fleet car. We had about 10 identical cars, most were very similar, but 1 was a pig. Under powered, unresponsive steering etc. The garage would have it in for days at a time and basically do nothing, and say that there was nothing wrong with it, and that it was a "characteristic" of the car. If they are as identical as you say, swap the instrument panels over and keep your brothers... |

Well, I told my dealership about the issue..... they say that there is nothing wrong with mine and that there is a "tolerance range" to determine whether my KK has an issue or not.... So I guess Ill have to wait and see if my KK will eventually fail or not thanks for your responses =) |
