Skyslider roof under attack from fire works

I have decided to park my liberty in the garage for the rest of the weekend due to the fact that neighbors kids decided to drop firecrackers from their patio down to the driveway as i was driving.... as i was checking the sky slider roof for damage a failed bottle rocket shot straight down hit the roof again and flew into my garage i till could not find it..dad has a lot of crap in the garage....no damage left a couple of white marks that washed off with a little of water and brushing.

Forget the cops, I'd go over there and be the Judge and Executioner ... That's not right. You should go over there and say something.

The bottle rocket I know came from the neighborhood next to our condo complex... they been shooting them since thursday. I called the cops on them cause it is getting ridiculous. That neighborhood is always trouble around this time of year. At night they have a patrol car doing regular rounds every 15 minutes down the two streets..thats how bad it is.

My neighbor with the fire crackers...I was a bit shocked 8 year old kid very nice and not a trouble maker....I went over and explained what happened as my neighbor is usually very understanding. It was not the neighbor kid after all it was his cousins visiting from arizona who brought the firecrackers and where launching them from their patio... the kids excuse was that they "didn't mean to it was accidently ignited and they tossed it so they would not get hurt." Sounds like BS to me.... my neighbor was pissed that his relatives brought illegal fireworks in our town seeing as it is a 1000 dollar fine and can go up from there depending how much you have and if there are innocent bystanders. I made a deal to spare them any trouble... hand over the illegal fireworks and i won't call the police. They complied and i dumped 5 fire cracker strands into water and ripped them up. Making sure they would not ignite before tossing them. Afterwards I went back up and told my neighbor's relative that my roof is worth over 1000 dollars and if I hear or catch them using illegal fireworks again I will not hesitate to call the police.

sounds like a legitimate way to handle the situation.

I don't have to worry about anything landing on my sky slider because it is safe ans sound on the frame rack at the body shop
