does anyone know which model infinity speakers are in the 08 jeep libertys with the premium sound package? |

Most likely its not one of there production series and they are custom made for Daimler Chrysler. |

im planning to change mine soon, one of blown already and i want to put some dynamat/foam inside the doors to decrease the vibration levels so if any1 knows the size and depth please do share! |

From all that i have read the speaker size is actually 6 3/4 a non exsisting so to say size. I changed out all of mine and added tweeters in the dash. Shop i go to told me they were 6X9 so i bought adapter rings and 6.5" componets. Come to find out when I tore everything apart they were not 6x9s at all and were larger than 6.5"s. luckily I was able to modify the rings to work with the larger opening. As for the mounting depth there is plenty of room cant tell you exactly how deep but i would say at least 4" to 5". Oh and i have the base system not the infinity system, not sure if that changes the speaker size. |
