It'll happen every once in a while. For what ever reason, whether it be a glitch or the CAN buss network not connecting, it just happens.... I have had it happen 2 or 3 times in 17k. all 3 times I for got to look for codes.... and one time it happened while driving in a freak snow storm..... wouldn't let it bother you to much |

ESP/BAS Warning Light and ESP/TCS Indicator Light The malfunction indicator for the ESP is combined with the BAS indicator. The yellow “ESP/BAS Warning Lamp” and the yellow “ESP/TCS Indicator Light” in the instrument cluster both come on when the ignition switch is turned to the “ON” position. They should both go out with the engine running. If the “ESP/BAS Warning Lamp” comes on continuously with the engine running, a malfunction has been detected in either the ESP or BAS system, or both. If this light remains on after several ignition cycles, and the vehicle has been driven several miles at speeds greater than 48 km/h, see your authorized dealer as soon as possible to have the problem diagnosed and corrected. |

Now that you guys mention this, I remember my KK having that same light on... but as stated I just restarted and the problem went away.... I guess thats the price for having a "networked" car sensors here, sensors there... if computers fail, car computers can also fail... I just hope that my airbag computer does not fail when needed... (God forbid that I ever need it) |
