Post subject:  Front Door Issue and Lift ?

I have an 09 KK with about 5500 miles on it. Been off road like 3 times and each time has been in 4 low and putting along like granny. I try not to beat on the girl. Anyway, for the past two to three months I have been hearing first in the driver door but now in both front doors, when I go over rough patches of road, road seams, bumps in general the doors move while shut within the space of the weather striping. They don't rattle, but I know they move, I hear it with radio on, when the radio is off its like you can hear the weather striping being squeezed against the side of door? Anyone else had this happen? Does this sound like a misaligned door? Bad weather strip? Shoddy factory work? All of above? I am sure warranty will cover it, just don't want the fix to be worse than cure, cuz that just seems to be my luck. Also above my front passenger door A pillar headliner area I just noticed a water stain? But it is red, alls I can quess is last time I drove thru carwash and the hippie soap hit me It leaked in? Once again anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Last thing, last week saw a KA in my area, with a lift. Looked like a 2-2.5 spacer lift, he was running 265/70 R16 on the stock rims. Is this too much tire? Or was his lift possibly more. There was a block above his clevis too, rear spacers. Rear shocks looked stock though? Just wondering, as if this seems right might go with it, only if it wont rub hitting more than a pothole. Thanks :)

the only 2 spacer lifts available that I know are revtek and daystar and they are both around 2''. if you dig in the old posts you will find someone that fitted 265/75 16 on a spacer lift with sock wheels but I dont think hes still here. they might rub while turning but that can be fixed with some trimming.

about your doors if you open them and try to move them is there some play. my doors dont move at all and I did some pretty ruff stuff offroad

I figured there would be some rubbing with those tires, looked good though. I'll check the doors for play Monday, hopefully it wont be 25 F outside, Thanks.
