Are the tranny dipstick tubes the same length on a KJ and KK? Has anyone tried putting a KJ dipstick in a KK? |

I think the KK Dipstick needs some special tool to get it out or to check the fluid. Others will correct me |

same engine and tranny in both the KJ and KK ... Don't see why the dipstick would be different. This is an odd question ... What cha got going on? |

If you look under KK tech section, Diggerfreek does a write up of how to check Trans oil with your oil dipstick, and if you go down a few posts, one member mentions purchasing a 2006 KJ trans dipstick, as this is the last KJ/KK model year to recieve a trans dip stick. Hope this helps. I'd link it here but couldn't figure it out. |
