LOST JEEPS :: View topic - I just saw......

a 2010 Liberty Sport on the lot at the dealership in Portage, WI. It was black in color out fitted with the popular equipment group and the Full time 4WD and it comes complete with...... :shock:

Probably why it was so hard for guys to get them for the past few months, Chrysler was scarfing them all up.

oh yeah more thing, the 2010 KK has tow hookS as part of the skid plate group.

I want everyone to take note of the tow hookS

hmmmm seems like they have figured out something else totally lacking on the 08 and 09.

Wingnuts, the factory skid plate group option has always come with 2 front and 1 rear tow hook.
My understanding is that the mopar accessory kit only comes with 1 front hook because they are worried about you having to push aside the hose on the driver side.

I also think the problem with the KJ hooks being in stock had more to do with the bankruptcy and temporary problems with suppliers rather than Chrysler snatching them up.

Wish our came with it. but it was not installed and we did not order ours.

Our KK was sitting on the lot for 9 months before we found it.....

Oh well, the Wife said it will be 3.3 year before it goes off road, so I have time to add on things slowly and wait for results on lifts........

nope nothing in the tow hook, actually it is the rusty mounting bolt head or something like that, just happens to be the angle of the picture I got the tow hooks used, hence the rusty bolt

What do I know I cant even get a job, working on my offramp sign....

actually I installed them, but I guess my point is if you can get 2 front tow hooks from the factory and they now offer them on the 2010 why in the world does parts say there is only 1 for the front and 1 for the rear?

Hell they want to void the warranty for anything else we want to do to our Jeeps, so why the hell won't they let us do this to em too. Its like for real, what the hell is the difference!!!
