I must admit though, since I was the guy in the middle, I did take a beating from the Acura MDX in front of me:
The MDX suffered small puncture wounds where the front light bar went through her bumper. hehehe BTW, the first picture is after I pulled my car out of his front end.. so yea. One of my rear foglights..? I pulled it out of his upper frame ties (whatever it's called). OH! And the most amazing thing happened! My exhaust (that was just put on a few months ago) cut a perfect hole in the right side of his bumper. I mean a clean slice! My exhaust is not bent in any way, either! Feel free to add this one to your tally, Digger. +1 for Jeep. |

I love tow hitches . The Nissan Sentra had to be towed away. What you can't see is that his fender wells bent in and are touching his front tires. |

I mounted mine on top of the bumper, took a bit of cutting an drilling but all and all not too bad. It's actually a hood light bar for a Wrangler. Here is my link http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... hlight=bar and here is the light bar http://www.quadratec.com/products/12110_411.htm |

Mr. Nick is right. Same bar, same place. I just mounted mine to be more like a mini push bar. (and push it did!) As far as how they work? Well, they look amazing when on. Light output? Could be better. Little chrome thing you asked about: one of those annoying deer warning things. I don't know if it works, but I don't see the harm in having one around just in case it does work. |
