woke up at 3am and all the lights were off throughout the house, apparently the power had gone out. i naturally passed back out until about 7am by this time its freezing inside. so we wake up xmas morning, had opened our presents the night previous cause not everyone could be around xmas day. we had no heat, no electricity and nothing to do. the fam all piled in our 4wds and decided to go drive through the snow drifts in town. i live in a small town of about 700 people and the only street that had been plowed was main st, and it was only two lanes separated by a row of snow in between. my moms bf had immediately gone down this alley way and i was like wtf is he thinkin haha. well i followed anyway and sure enough we about got to the other end of it and he had gotten stuck. i had to back all the way down this alley, and it was not straight and on an incline. first couple attempts i didnt make it but i hammered down on the gas the last time and flew out into the street hauling balls. i ended up gettin around and had to pull his dodge truck out. :JEEPIN: well so we get goin again and i was in front this time. when we got to main street i saw the snow pile in the middle and decided to go over it, made it, went to go back over and got high centered kinda. i just needed a little push and i got out alright. covered my mom and little bro with flying snow off my tires doin it. :goink: ok so we mess around some more we about to go home and i decide to go down this one last road. i made it through a few drifts and the last one i made it through slowed me down to much and i got stock half way through and on top the very last one. had about 25-30ft to go. i was stuck in some pretty deep snow, as shown in the picture. ended up shoveling snow for what seemed eternity and still had to be pulled out haha. we get home and change clothes cause we were cold and my bro calls mom, hes fire chief back home. we go to help him at the community center to set up generators and heaters to provide shelter cause town was gonna be without power or 3 days  were literally walking out the door and my moms pager (vol firefighter) goes off and apparently some dudes house caught on fire on main street. so we go down town, my mom and bro are fighting the fire and we just sat in our nice warm vehicles and watched for a few hours. it was kind of a ridiculous fire, ended up calling 4 stations out to it actually. i was thinking it was a good thing i drove through the pile of snow in the middle cause the firefighters were using the path to walk back and forth through lol. afterward we go back home crawl under some blankets and thank god the power came back on a few minutes later, off totally over 15 hours, glad it didnt take the 3 days though.

you can see the ridiculous amount of snow in the middle of the street and how high it was drifting up around.

Wow this could not be Fl. that is insane. Where was it? That was a great story with pictures. You can be proud of that lift & wheel set up. BTW your KK looks great, love the Rubicon Sticker & Hellas. Like the pic, it's like the KK is camouflaged in the snow.

forgot to mention that was in Shelby IA. Thanks for the compliments RRiveraKK but im thinkin about ditching the Rubicon stickers. After installing them I thought about all the hardcore Wrangler people around here and how butt hurt they must get when they see my Liberty. im honestly surprised i havent been stopped while im out somewhere asking wtf i put the stickers on there for and ive had em for a few weeks.

Alright, I say keep the sticker and if there is someone that tells you WTF you tell him a story that, this is a special edition that was produced lifted already and that they made only 5000 or so. :ROTFL: :ROTFL: :ROTFL: :ROTFL:

Well I'm just messing but it would make their head Spin :dizzy:

this moron at Autozone had a 4 Door Rubicon and saw me looking at some detailing stuff, and he pretty much asked me how I got a Liberty off road, my reply was, I bought it like this, never been off road once, he was clueless because the Jeep was filthy :-)r :-)r :-)r :-)r
