not really. There are only a few things to think about. One would be the dash cracking. I have seen that on a lot of Ram 2500's, but the KK doesn't have as large of a dash as the do....

Do they have a lot of vinyl on the doors? If so that might be something to watch out for, I'm developing a couple of small cracks in my KJ on the driver's door where I rest my elbow. Oh and not sure if it applies to FL as much but out here in the desert we tend to go thru batteries on a regular basis in pretty much any type of vehicle...

For hot Climates , i say this.

1. Geta windshield visor to put up when parked.
Black the sun from coming in and cool the car by 10 to 20 degrees.

2. Have all the windows tinted, the front windows need to be at the legal limit.
3. Try and park under cover at all times. When possible. like a car port or garage or something
4. Keep a waxxing every 3 months or 6 months. Wash once a week with non wax stripping gell soap.
5. Keep the fluid clean and off set for the extra heat
6. If you ahve chrome on the inside, cover it when not unsed. it gets hot
7. Fill up at the coldest point of the day.
8. Keep the gass topped off as much as possible and always when you leave it for more than 2 days.
This prevents fumes from gainign to much pressure or water from forming.. <over kill> but a tip.
9. Clean off bird poop ASAP, never let it sit at all. it will destroy paint fast.
